In order to best serve our customers, we also have the following shipping options available at a cost, offered at the lowest prices available:

Shipping Options:

UPS GROUND (Free on orders over $25)

UPS 3 DAY SELECT

UPS INTERNATIONAL

Our goal is to ship your order the same business day* it is received and payment is approved, but in order to do so, we must receive your order before 1 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST but before 4 p.m. PST may get shipped the same business day, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day. Please be aware of this condition when placing AIR SHIPMENT orders.

We ship to physical residence or business addresses ONLY.
Sorry, NO P.O. BOX addresses!

UPS GROUND (Free on orders over $25)

For all wig and hairpiece orders that are shipped within the continental United States, your items will be shipped at our low rate. Your delivery date will depend on your location (typically between 2-7 business days). Our shipping warehouse is located in Los Angeles, California.

Sorry, but this does not apply to wholesale orders!

UPS NEXT DAY AIR

For orders that are shipped Next Day Air, the price is based on the number of items and/or dimensions of the pieces ordered. The base price is $33.00 for up to 2 wigs or hairpieces**. For each additional item, there is a $3.00 surcharge.

We also offer Saturday Delivery (where applicable) for Next Day Air shipments only for an additional $12.00.

Remember, your order must be received and payment approved by 1 p.m. PST in order to receive your order the next business day.

UPS 2ND DAY AIR

For orders that are shipped 2nd Day Air, the price is based on the number of items and/or dimensions of the pieces ordered. The base price is $18.00 for up to 2 wigs or hairpieces**. For each additional item, there is a $2.50 surcharge.

Remember, your order must be received and payment approved by 1 p.m. PST in order to ship the same business day.

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must be sent via UPS 2nd Day.

UPS 3 DAY SELECT

For orders that are shipped 3 Day Select, the price is based on the number of items and/or dimension of the pieces ordered. The base price is $12.00 for up to 2 wigs or hairpieces**. For each additional item, there is a $2.00 surcharge.

Remember, your order must be received and payment approved by 1 p.m. PST in order to ship the same business day.

UPS INTERNATIONAL

*Business days are Monday-Friday, not including holidays.
** Higher rates apply to large/bulky items and mannequin accessories.
