Return Policy

Sorry, absolutely NO RETURNS on any wigs, hairpieces or accessories.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We will gladly exchange your wig if you are not completely satisfied with the color or style.

Please read the following terms and conditions for an exchange.

1. Request for an exchange must be made within 3 days of your receipt of the item and you must receive an approval for exchange via e-mail prior to returning the item. Please enclose a note with your return item with your request (i.e. new color, style etc.) and a copy of your invoice.
2. Return items must be sent at your cost, any items with postage due will be returned to sender.
3. Items must be in absolutely new condition, this means NOT worn, brushed, shaken-out or altered in any way and include ALL original packing materials, otherwise your exchange will not be accepted and the item will be returned back to you at your cost.
4. There will also be a restocking fee of $5.00 per item.
5. Customer must pay for the original shipping cost for all return/exchange items unless the cause for return was due to a material defect in the product.
